not sure about you guys, but i have a habit of wearing my hair-tie at my wrist whenever my hair isn't tied up. just so i have it with me as and when you know? haha but it is admittedly quite unglam so this birthed the idea of..braceties! not the most original of names but there you go. so these are for those of you out there who identify with my plight of having had no pretty hair-ties hanging down my wrist up till now!

1) we may take up to 2 or 3 days to revert to comments/emails 2) we may need 3-5 days to finish making your jewelry 3) for registered mail, we might take another 2 or 3 days to send the items out, cos the P.O.s are quite out of reach
of course the time frames listed above are worst-case scenarios, so we probably won't take so long most of the time. all in all, we'll try our bestest best to get your pieces out (registered or not) within a week of receipt of payment, so do try to make payment quickly to speed up the transaction process as much as possible (:
we really seek your very kind understanding on this matter, cos we know how disgruntling it is to have to wait long to receive something you purchased. but as much as we'd like to update actively and make jewelry all day, this is a very important academic year for us so we have to do the dreaded thing that is to PRIORITIZE. no kidding, you can just hear that in The Mom's Voice.
so yes well we'd expect updates to be rather few and in between till the end of the year, and we're pretty apprehensive about losing our customer-base and yada, but we'll see how things go eh. on a lighter note, thanks very very very (x 1000) much for all your support up till now!
